Q: What is your standard turnaround?A: Seven to ten business days.
Q: Do you provide a realtime/rough drafts?
A: Yes, upon request. It is an additional charge for rough ASCII. We can also provide laptops with software that can run realtime. Please let us know when scheduling if you would need a rough draft, realtime, and a laptop to view.
Q: What formats do you provide?
A: Standard electronic deliverables include ASCII, eTranscript, PDF with hyperlinked word index and hyperlinked exhibits, lef, mdb and other litigation load files.
Q: Do you only provide court reporters?
A: No. We provide court reporters, videographers, videoconferencing solutions, interpreters, process servers, records request, free locations, and other services.
